Shipping Cost and Methods
We provide Free regular shipping for orders sent to locations within the 50 USA States. This offer also applies to orders shipped to APO / FPO addresses. Otherwise, there is a small Flat Rate shipping charge of just $7.95 for orders sent to the US Territories - American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands ( because these orders must be shipped by Air Mail ). However, orders over $200 shipped to the US Territories will also get Free shipping.
We use the US Postal Service ( USPS.com ) for fast and economical delivery. We will send you the package TRACKING NUMBER, by email, as soon as your order is shipped out. Orders are generally processed and shipped out the same day we receive them. Otherwise they will be processed the next working day.
From time to time, we may also use UPS ( UPS.com ) for some orders, depending on the particular order, shipping address and other circumstances. Delivery options are determined by your shipping address and zip code. Estimated delivery times may be provided during the online checkout process.
Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Orders [ Auto Ship / Auto Delivery ]
We offer an additional discount ( usually $20 or more ) on ALL orders that are placed ( either Online or by Telephone )
as a Subscription ( Subscribe and Save - SAS ). We will ship your same order, at regular intervals, using your previous payment method. This is also called "Auto Ship" or "Auto Delivery". It saves you both Time and Money. In this way, you
will not run out of product.
If you place a Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Order, your next Repeat Order ( Subscription Order ), will be fulfilled and
shipped out according to the following Subscription / Auto Ship Schedule:
For orders of One ( 1 ) Bottle ( 1 Month Supply ), the Auto Ship is about every 25 Days.
For orders of Three ( 3 ) Bottles ( 3 Month Supply ), the Auto Ship is about every 82 Days.
For orders of Six ( 6 ) Bottles ( 6 Month Supply ), the Auto Ship is about every 6 Months.
For orders of Six ( 6 ) Bottles MIXED ( 3 Men + 3 Women ), the Auto Ship is about every 82 Days.
For orders of Twelve ( 12 ) Bottles MIXED ( 6 Men + 6 Women ), the Auto Ship is about every 6 Months.
You may Pause or Cancel a - Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Auto Ship Order at any time. However, you MUST contact us,
in writing, BEFORE we process and ship your next SAS Auto Ship Order. Otherwise, the order is subject to our regular Shipping Policy and Returns-Refunds Policy. Shipping Method and Charge
We offer a simple, extremely low Flat-Rate shipping charge of just $19.95 ( USD ) for ALL orders shipped to Canada. Packages are sent using the US Postal Service ( usps.com ) with First Class Mail International Service, to provide a fast and very economical service for you. We will provide you with the TRACKING NUMBER by a Shipping Confirmation Email. You can track your package on their website. Delivery times are estimated between 7 and 21 days, but are not guaranteed. We may use another carrier, from time to time, based on the circumstances, and in our sole and exclusive discretion.
Canada Customs
After your package from the USA reaches Canada, it is given to Canada Post, that has a partnership with the US Postal Service, for Customs Clearance and Delivery. You can also track your package using their online system.

Health Canada
Health Canada, an agency of the national government, has placed certain restrictions on the amount
of dietary health supplements that citizens, residents and visitors to Canada may bring in, carry in,
or import ( receive ) by shipments. This includes all packages that are shipped from the USA to Canada.
At this time, you are allowed to order only up to a 90-Day Supply
( 3 Bottles / 3 Months Supply of GHR Platinum ), Per Person, in a given Order.

So IF you want to order for Two ( 2 ) people, such as a Husband and a Wife, THEN you MUST include BOTH FULL NAMES on the Order Form. You are solely responsible for any Customs Fees, Duty, VAT ( Value Added Tax ) or other similar import costs. You are also responsible for adhering to any and all - local, provincial and national laws concerning importing health supplements, as well as for communicating directly with any Customs Office, Department or Agency concerning the location and delivery of your package. We are not responsible if a package is not delivered or if any Customs Office, Department or Agency damages, loses, withholds, destroys or sends back a package.
